If a member engages in any of the following acts , a warning or immediate level downgrade will be applied based on the monitoring or reported content. If the level is downgraded, use of all services will be restricted. In addition, posts , comments, etc. that violate the rules will be deleted and will not be restored . Points will not be restored even if points are deducted during the process of joining, withdrawing, registering, deleting posts, etc.
If an administrative or judicial agency orders the submission of evidence regarding a post written on Pomppu for the purpose of resolving a dispute , the requested evidence will be provided to the relevant agency .
1. Prohibited actions when registering for membership and using the service .
1. When applying for or changing membership , if you use or copy another person's information without permission or register false information , you will be forcibly withdrawn from membership.
2. If you use another member's ID or password without permission or use the service unfairly, your use will be restricted .
If you are using a 3-party multi-ID , you will be temporarily demoted and an explanation process will be conducted, and you will be subject to a level demotion penalty of at least one week .
- Even if you register under someone else's name and do not use it, if you are caught, it will be considered as using multiple IDs . This does not make an exception even for the names of family members .
- In Pomppu, access to bulletin boards is restricted based on gender, age, level, etc., so you must use only accounts in your own name. Even if it is in a family member's name, if the account is not yours, you will be demoted for the reason of using the name.
※ After withdrawal or level demotion, posts other than those containing personal information will not be deleted. (Use of all services will be restricted.)
If you voluntarily withdraw during the disciplinary action under Article 4 , you may be restricted from re-joining for up to 5 years depending on your subsequent history .
When using the 5th Market , if the real name of the subscriber, the market user, and the transaction account holder are different, entry will be restricted.
If there is no clear explanation after the temporary level downgrade in Article 6, it will be converted to an automatic permanent level downgrade after 30 days. (November 18, 2014)
Article 2 Illegal postings and activities are prohibited .
1. An act of receiving a request from a third party for promotion in order to obtain money or profit , or an act of transferring the right to use the service and account information to a third party .
2. Posting, commenting, or sending messages that promote or encourage other members to sign up for services (insurance, funds, etc.) or products for the purpose of sales . Also , if direct /indirect advertising content is included in the member ID, nickname, profile photo, or signature field. - If personal information such as real name, phone number, address, or self-photo is exposed in the member information area (photo, ID, nickname, signature area, etc.) for the purpose of a lawsuit or malicious intent, the level will be demoted. 3. An act of writing, sending via message , or posting a comment including a video , photo , audio , text , URL link, or other content that is obscene ( Supplementary Provision 1) or violent .
An act of posting ‘ harmful media materials for youth ’ ( Supplementary Provision 2) as stipulated in Article 4 of the Youth Protection Act.
5. Any act of advertising or promoting without prior consent from the management within the Pomppu service is subject to sanctions based on Article 2, Paragraph 2.
- If you promote on bulletin boards such as the Ppomppu bulletin board , event bulletin board , or coupon bulletin board , you may be subject to some writing restrictions, up to and including permanent restrictions .
Article 6. In the event that unauthorized business activities are discovered in the marketplace , or if frequent friction occurs during transactions , use of the marketplace will be restricted up to permanently. In addition, those who conduct group purchases for profit will also be subject to sanctions.
※ In case of fraudulent activity, entry to the marketplace will be restricted and level will be downgraded immediately after investigation .
7. Directly or indirectly posting or distributing materials containing programs , viruses , tags, codes , files , or programs designed to interfere with or destroy computer software , hardware , telecommunications equipment, or services . Acts of causing inconvenience by entering codes in the title, body, or comments.
8. Advertising adult advertisements, gambling, etc. ( If caught, permanent level demotion to level 10 )
Article 9. Act of posting hateful material ( Supplementary Provision 4) .
Article 3 : Prohibitions related to copyright .
1. Do not publish , broadcast , reproduce , or provide to third parties any information posted on Pomppu for commercial or non-commercial purposes .
2. Do not transmit or post information ( computer programs, etc. ) whose transmission or posting is prohibited by the Information and Communications Network Act or other related laws .
3. Do not post or distribute works with intellectual property rights or copyrights without the permission of the original author . Or do not request such acts . (Including videos , photos , audio , text , URL links in posts, sending them as messages , or posting comments are also subject to sanctions.)
※ [ Regarding ringtones ] If you process a sound source that you own for the purpose of using it as a ringtone, it does not infringe copyright . However , if you share that ringtone with someone else, it will be considered a copyright infringement for both parties .

Article 4 Prohibits malicious activities .

5. Any act of collecting or distributing personal information of Pomppu members without permission .
6. Acts of spreading criticism and unconfirmed information about Pompu and its management and creating public opinion .

In the case of sharing under Article 7, if no drawing is made within 2 weeks in the Love Space, 100 points will be deducted, and if no drawing is made on the general bulletin board, 200 points will be deducted. Article 5 Other Prohibited Activities
1. Repeatedly posting (spam) identical or meaningless posts or comments , thereby interfering with other members’ use of the service .
※ If you spam, your points will be confiscated and you will be penalized. If the anti-spam system is activated , you will not be able to post comments for 5 minutes . The anti-spam system will be activated automatically if you post similar comments consecutively .
2. In the case of directly posting or reminding of information , vocabulary , sentences , figures , voices , images, etc. that violate social justice , public order , and good customs . Also, using them as a profile , nickname , or nickname image . Using a nickname that is difficult to identify, such as a barcode.
3. An act of deceiving other members by posting articles or sending messages by impersonating or stealing the name of the Pompu management team or administrator .
4. Using a profile , nickname , or nickname image that could be mistaken for a Pomppu operator or administrator .

6. Please respect other members .
1. In posts, comments , and messages, honorifics are used when referring to others . Even if you are close with someone, please do not use vulgar language or profanity , considering that this is a bulletin board open to third parties .
2. When referring to a Pomppu member, do not use specific terms with the purpose of degrading or maliciously mocking them (e.g. Alba , Passooni , Padoli , Neonim, Pompgeoji, Pompangi, etc. ). The correct way to refer to them is to use the member's nickname followed by ' nim ' (e.g. Pomppu-nim ) .
3. Acts of swearing at a specific member ( or group ) , insulting their personality or body , or making sarcastic remarks ( making fun of others in a subtle manner ) .
Article 4 Do not post information , vocabulary , sentences , figures , audio , or videos that insult or disparage a specific gender, male or female . (Ex. All vocabulary and new words used to insult a specific gender, such as bosul and jasul)
After applying the ' different opinions ' function, which is one of the functions utilized in the 5th Pompu , do not leave only meaningless symbols or repeatedly criticize others using anonymity . Also, do not post ' different opinions ' with retaliatory intent .
※ However , if activity is impossible due to differing opinions in articles that are not disputes or advertisements, points may be restored after review by the management.
If you mention ' Member Memo ' , one of the functions utilized within Article 6 , to the person concerned or other members, you will be subject to at least disciplinary action .
7. Do not disparage or insult others’ hobbies and preferences .
Article 7. Occurrence of Disputes and How to Deal with Them
1. If you repeatedly cause similar problems or are judged to act with the intent to cause trouble, your post or comment will be deleted and you will be demoted for at least one week and up to permanently according to the rules .
It is prohibited to expose personal disputes on the bulletin board or to induce third - party intervention in specific posts or members to manipulate public opinion or promote witch trials .
- In the case of sniping posts, please report it to the operation participation bulletin board before posting, and make sure that the relevant matters have been confirmed and sanctioned. Discussions after confirming the problem of a specific issue are not classified as sniping posts. However, if sniping is committed by registering on the general bulletin board before reporting it to the operation participation bulletin board, the post will be deleted, and permanent level demotion may occur at the most.
Please note that this is a measure taken to block malicious activity that causes harm to members who are engaging in normal activities by maliciously writing sniping posts.
- If a specific member's ID, nickname, personal information, message contents, or links to posts or comments written by a specific member are exposed on a general bulletin board for the purpose of sniping, it is considered a clear sniping post.
In the event of a dispute that occurs while using the 3rd party marketplace or vendors in Pomppu, the details will be made public on the Market Story bulletin board . Afterwards, the URL will be sent to the other party via message or phone , and they will be asked to respond . If you do not go through this process and share unconfirmed information or criticism of the other party on other Pomppu bulletin boards without the other party confirming the fact of disclosure , you will be subject to sanctions .
Regardless of the course of the 4th article dispute, if you reveal messages exchanged between you with the purpose of insulting or disparaging the other party , you will be demoted to level 10 for at least 1 week and up to permanent .
※However , if both parties agree to disclose the information, there will be no sanctions . Also, messages praising other members or pleasant messages can be disclosed even without the other party's permission .
※ Even if the member has withdrawn, it is prohibited to disclose the contents of the message. (November 7, 2011)
- Disclosure during the discussion process after confirming issues regarding specific matters may be applied as an exception, so please inquire in advance through the Operation Participation Bulletin Board for more information.
※Please do not respond directly to abusive language, sarcasm, etc., but report it on the operation participation bulletin board.
Exceptions to Article 8 Sanctions
Posts that have been subject to sanctions under Article 1 will not be subject to duplicate sanctions for the same matter.
In cases where the second clause can be considered as normal and where it is acknowledged through explanation / clarification, sanctions will not be imposed .
No retroactive sanctions will be imposed for acts that fall under provisions that did not exist prior to the promulgation of these rules ( prior to August 25 , 2010 ) .
Application of Rule 9 .
Matters not specified in these rules shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations , and any matters not expressly stated in laws and regulations shall be governed by case law or civil law , and thereafter by customary law . In addition to the Pomppu Terms of Use, the rules, guidelines, operating principles, and rules through previous notices of each bulletin board shall also be used as grounds for sanctions. In the case of overlapping rules with different sanction levels, sanctions shall be carried out based on the most recent rule.

4. Standards and punishment for hateful material
