Reports and requests for deletion of illegal filming materials, etc. are accepted in accordance with Article 22-5, Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 30-5, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
※ Things to check before submitting a report
1) If there are any items not listed in the report/deletion request form or if the illegal filming material in question is not specified and therefore difficult to review, action may not be taken and you may be asked to supplement the report/deletion request.
2) In cases where it is difficult to determine whether or not something constitutes illegal filming, the business operator may request deliberation from the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and in this case, the information in the report/deletion request form may be forwarded to and provided to the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
3) In case of material harmful to youth, please report it through the Youth Harmful Material tab on the Operation Participation Bulletin Board.

- A photograph or copy (including a copy of a copy) of a person's body taken against the subject's will using a camera or other similar mechanical device that may cause sexual desire or shame
- A photograph or copy (including a copy of a copy) of a person's body that may cause sexual desire or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanical device (including cases where the subject's consent was obtained at the time of the photographing or where the subject's own body was photographed directly) that is distributed, sold, leased, provided, or publicly exhibited or screened against the will of the subject of the photograph (including a copy of a copy)
■ False video
- A photograph, video or audio material of a person's face, body or voice edited, synthesized or processed against the subject's will in a form that may cause sexual desire or shame for the purpose of distribution, sale, rental, provision or public exhibition or screening
- Filming, video, or audio material of a person's face, body, or voice that is edited, synthesized, or processed in a form that may cause sexual desire or shame against the will of the subject and then distributed, sold, leased, provided, or publicly exhibited or screened against the will of the subject
■ Child and youth sexual exploitation material
- A person or object that can clearly be recognized as a child or adolescent appears and engages in sexual acts or other sexual acts, and is in the form of a film, video, game, or image or video through a computer or other communication media.
(“Sexual acts” refers to sexual intercourse, quasi-sexual acts, acts that cause sexual shame or disgust by touching or exposing the body, masturbation, etc.)
